Marahuaco Beach House is a boutique hotel and event venue located on Ruta 90A, Km 22, Vía al Mar Cartagena–Barranquilla, Arroyo de Piedra, Cartagena de Indias, Bolívar, Colombia. You can find us at marahuacobeachhouse.com.

2. What data we collect

When you complete our contact or reservation form, we collect: full name, email address, WhatsApp / phone number, reason for inquiry (stay or event), arrival and departure dates, and any additional message. We do not collect sensitive data such as identification documents, banking information, or data of minors.

3. How we use your data

We use your information exclusively to: respond to and confirm your reservation, share availability and service information, follow up on your inquiry via WhatsApp or email, and improve the experience on our website. We will never use your data to send unsolicited marketing, and we will never sell it to third parties.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data may be processed by the following trusted tools we use to run the site:

• HubSpot — contact management, forms and customer database platform (hubspot.com)
• Google Analytics — anonymous web traffic analytics tool (analytics.google.com)

Neither of these tools sells your data. You can review their privacy policies on their respective websites.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request. If a reservation is not finalized, we delete your data after 12 months. If you are a guest or client, we retain the record for up to 3 years for administrative reasons. You can request deletion at any time.

Our site uses technical cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics records anonymous data such as visited pages and country of origin, without identifying individuals). You can disable cookies from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold, correct inaccurate information, delete your data, and object to uses other than those described. To exercise these rights, write to info@marahuacobeachhouse.com. We respond within 5 business days.

Your data is stored on HubSpot's secure encrypted servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. If we detect a security incident, we will notify you immediately.
